Jessie is the Animal Welfare Assurance Manager at Australian Rural Exports Pty Ltd (AUSTREX), where she oversees compliance with the Exporter Supply Chain Assurance System (ESCAS) across the company’s international livestock export operations. She ensures animal welfare standards are met through risk assessments, site visits, and in-region training.

With a Bachelor of Animal Science from Charles Sturt University and a background in quality assurance from Teys Australia, Jessie has built a strong foundation in animal welfare and compliance.

Jessie has served on the Young Livestock Exporters Network (YLEN) committee for two years and, in 2025, has taken on the role of Chair. As Chair, she is committed to developing career opportunities, fostering networking, and promoting sustainability in the sector.
