Special rates have been organised for conference delegates at Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade, catering to a range of preferences and budgets.

All three hotels are conveniently located in Burswood, just a 15-minute drive from Perth Airport, ensuring easy and efficient travel for interstate and international delegates. Crown Perth provides luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, making it an ideal choice for delegates attending LIVEXchange 25. Guests can also enjoy a variety of on-site dining options, entertainment, and leisure facilities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Crown Promenade Perth (4 Star)

Booking conditions

These rates are available exclusively online until 15 November 2025. After this time, the group rates will no longer be available.

Bookings outside of the main group dates may be available, subject to availability, at the hotels best available rate.

Credit card details will be required when making reservations; however, please note that as pre-payment is not required, credit cards will not be charged at this time. Kindly refer to the check in policy for each hotel for important payment and bond information.

Cancellation policy

Please note a charge equal to the full length of stay will be charged to the applicable credit card for any rooms cancelled fewer than 30 days prior to the arrival date or any non-arrival of booked rooms.
