Andrew is a highly experienced professional with nearly 30 years in strategic infrastructure, particularly in mining, port infrastructure, and remote communities. He is known for his expertise in delivering large projects and founding infrastructure businesses, creating long-term jobs and opportunities, and generating substantial returns for investors. He has also demonstrated competence in delivering ESG outcomes, including obtaining a certification for Australia’s first carbon-neutral port in Onslow WA.

Andrew has built and maintained close relationships with government stakeholders and other parties, fostering a reputation for navigating complex issues. His key career highlights include founding Resource Engineering and Design (RED) and managing it from inception to a multi-national corporation, founding Onslow Marine Support Base Pty Ltd (OMSB) and transitioning it to a port operating group, and founding Kimberley Marine Support Base Pty Ltd (KMSB), a $200 million project to construct a port facility in Broome.
