Naglaa is an Egyptian chef based in the United Arab Emirates with more than 15 years of experience in preparing traditional Arabic cuisine with a focus on authenticity, flavour, and quality.

She’s been working for Al Mawashi since 2022, specialising in the creation of classic and modern Arabic dishes using premium meat cuts that highlight the richness of the region’s culinary heritage.

Naglaa is honoured to represent her company at this international event in Australia and looks forward to sharing the taste of Arabic cuisine with new audiences.
