Cindy oversees the planning and implementation of various projects aimed at improving animal welfare within Indonesia’s livestock supply chain. In her role, Cindy ensures that animal welfare standards are met through risk assessments, site visits, technical training, as well as communication, information and education activities via social media platforms.

With a Master of Animal Science degree from Brawijaya University, Cindy has a deep understanding of the scientific principles and best practices in animal welfare. At a young age, she has demonstrated exceptional dedication and the ability to effectively coordinate and engage with various stakeholders – including government agencies, industry players, and international organisations – to support the consistent and sustainable implementation of the Exporter Supply Chain Assurance System (ESCAS).

Her commitment to strengthening field-level capacity and compliance systems has made Cindy a significant contributor in advancing the implementation of responsible and sustainable animal welfare practices in Indonesia.
